We collect the minimum we need to sell you something, deliver it, and improve the product. We don't sell your data. We use industry-standard tools (Stripe for payments, ConvertKit for email, Google Analytics for site traffic). You can email us any time to see what we have or delete it.

When you buy: your name, email, billing address, and payment details. Payment card numbers go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
When you subscribe to updates: your name and email.
When you visit the site: standard web analytics (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device type). Cookies used for this are set by Google Analytics.
When you email us: whatever you send. We keep the conversation so we can help you next time.
Deliver what you paid for. Send you your login and download links. Send a short onboarding sequence with tips on using the deck. Send occasional updates about new products and posts (opt-in, unsubscribe any time). Debug the site. Comply with tax laws.
That's it. We don't retarget you across the internet with creepy ads. We don't rent lists.

Wherever you live, you can email us and ask what we have on you, correct it, or delete it. We'll do it within 30 days. If you're in California (hi neighbor), you have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA — same email, same result.
We use cookies for analytics and to remember your preferences. You can block them in your browser settings. The site will still work fine.
ABLP is intended for athletes 18+. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If a parent believes we've collected their child's data, email us and we'll delete it immediately.
Our servers are in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your data is transferred to and processed here. By using the site, you consent to that.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and note major changes on the site.
