Refund Policy

Our 7-day guarantee

If the Rookie Deck template isn't right for you, email billing@athletebrandlaunchpad.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund your money in full. No questions, no forms, no gotchas.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing fees are not deducted from your refund — you get the full $79 back.

What we ask

Tell us why. One sentence is fine. We use it to make the template better for the next athlete. We won't argue or try to talk you out of the refund — we just want to learn.

After day 7

Once the 7-day window closes, sales are final. The Rookie Deck is a digital product delivered instantly on purchase, and after a week you've had enough time to open it, review it, and put it to work.

Coaching, audits, and other services

For 1:1 services (Brand Audit, coaching engagements), refunds are handled case-by-case before the work begins. Once a session has been delivered or an audit has been sent, that portion is non-refundable. Unused portions of retainers can be refunded prorated.

Chargebacks

Please email us first. We answer fast and refund freely — a chargeback is slower for you and costs us fees on top. If there's a real dispute we can't resolve, of course you have every right to dispute the charge with your bank.
