By purchasing from or using athletebrandlaunchpad.com, you agree to these Terms.
Digital products (templates, guides, decks) are licensed to you for personal or single-athlete-brand use. You can edit them, brand them as your own, and use them to pitch sponsors. You cannot resell, redistribute, or re-license them, and you cannot claim you created the underlying framework.
1:1 services (Brand Audits, coaching, consulting) are delivered under a separate scope agreed by email or in a scoping call.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.
By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the stated amount plus tax.

Digital products deliver instantly on successful payment. If you didn't get your delivery email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.
Service engagements start on a mutually agreed date after payment clears. Turnaround times are quoted in the scoping call and confirmed by email.
We give you frameworks, templates, and honest advice. We do not guarantee you'll land a specific sponsor, hit a specific follower count, or make a specific dollar amount. Results depend on your work, your sport, your timing, and dozens of things outside anyone's control.
What we do guarantee is that the material is the same material that built the DPMX program from a garage into a professional Supercross operation.
When you send us drafts, screenshots, decks, or portfolios during an audit or coaching engagement, you own that content. We only use it to do the work you paid for, and we won't share it publicly without your written permission.
Everything on athletebrandlaunchpad.com — the frameworks, templates, essays, videos, and design — is copyrighted material owned by DPMX Media Lab, LLC. You can share links freely. You cannot repost the material as your own.
Don't use ABLP products to defraud sponsors, misrepresent your audience or results, or otherwise do something that would make us or your future sponsors look bad. If you do, we'll cancel your access without refund.
To the fullest extent allowed by California law, DPMX Media Lab, LLC's total liability for anything related to these Terms or our products is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute that can't be worked out by email will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms over time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top and note major changes on the site. Continued use of ABLP after changes means you accept them.
